Visiting My Home Studio
My home is fully wheelchair accessible and is step free throughout. It is well lit, and has electrically operated door openers.
There are five Disabled Parking Bays close to the front of the building in addition to on-road parking. There is also a large car park too, but this does not have any Disabled Parking Bays.
There are two wheelchair accessible guest toilets just a few metres from my flat.
Assistance & Guide Dogs
Naturally, you can bring your Guide Dog or Assistance Dog when you visit. However, I have an Assistance Dog too, and he's very tolerant of other dogs as you would expect. However, if you have one that's young, still under training, or a little too playful, please be sure to bring a friend to look after her/him for the duration of our session.
There is a comfortable lounge and seating area as well as a garden where they can wait for short sessions if necessary. For longer sessions there is a lovely woodland walk right next to the building - this is wheelchair accessible too, but can obviously be very muddy when it's been raining.
